Tom Sodzawiczny

Tom specialises in the originating and underwriting of site acquisitions and M&A opportunities in the data center and real estate sectors in the UK and Europe. He’s also responsible for sourcing project finance for developments, working with our customers to create innovative financial structures.
Before joining us, Tom was an Associate Director of Colliers International Capital Markets, where he managed their private equity clients. He was focused primarily on the acquisition of large multi-jurisdiction portfolios totaling some 35,000 assets over his 6 years in the business.
Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
