Richard Rowson
Chief Financial Officer
Richard has held senior financial roles with international data center operators for most of the last twenty years. His first involvement in the data center industry was in 2000 as CFO for IX Europe and since then he has been CFO at Global Switch and most recently was VP Finance and interim CFO at Interxion. He also served as CFO at Romonet, a software company using predictive analytics to deliver data center operating efficiencies.
In addition to a successful track record leading statutory reporting, taxation, treasury and strategic planning teams for both public and private equity owned business, Richard also has extensive experience in equity and debt financing and M&A.
Richard holds a degree in geography from Bristol University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
