Martin is recognised as one of Europe’s leading advisors in the data center industry. He has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the technical real estate market including investment, development, leasing and corporate data center dynamics.

For over 20 years, he’s led technical real estate teams in both a consultancy and client capacity. In the mobile sector, he headed up Network Property Acquisition for T-Mobile and as a consultant he was Lead Director of the EMEA Data Center advisory team at JLL.

Martin is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Associate of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACI Arb). He also has an Investment Management Certificate (CFA – IMC).
