With a career spanning over 3 decades, he has extensive experience in every aspect of the property industry, from finance, design and construction to facilities and energy management. His particular area of expertise is mission-critical environments. He’s been involved in a myriad of projects across a range of vertical sectors including aviation, telecommunications, IT and manufacturing.

Franek was founder and CEO of Zenium Data Centers. Here, he helped deliver ‘best of breed’ data centers in both established and existing markets for large enterprise customers and cloud service providers. He sold Zenium to Cyrus One and Equinix for $500+ million.

Prior to establishing Zenium, Franek was a founding partner of UK-based Sentrum. With a reputation for quality and innovation, Sentrum was sold to Digital Realty for $1.1 billion.
